The ceramic vacuum relay is a ceramic vacuum seal that isolates the

high withstand voltage for high-voltage relays, which are commonly

prone to arcing. Under ideal conditions, the vacuum is likely to
reach a dielectric strength of 10000V per 0.1 mm. In addition,
since there is no air, the contacts in the vacuum are not oxidized,
so the contact resistance of the vacuum type relay is small and
stable. Particularly suitable for use in RF applications. A typical
ceramic vacuum relay consists of four basic parts: a sealed arc
extinguishing chamber with a contact point inside the arc
extinguishing chamber for high pressure resistance. An armature
